Michael Pritchard

Board Member & Chief Inspirational Officer, Marin County

Michael is a compassionate humanitarian and motivational speaker based in San Rafael, California. With a deep commitment to making the world a better place, he has dedicated his life to fostering positive change through his remarkable work.

Michael's work is characterized by his unwavering dedication to improving the lives of at-risk youth. Through a career spanning several decades, he has utilized humor, empathy, and profound insights to connect with young people facing adversity. His programs have reached schools and organizations across the nation, offering invaluable support and guidance to those in need.

One of Michael's most renowned initiatives is his pioneering work in teaching empathy and conflict resolution. Through innovative programs and workshops, he empowers young minds to navigate the challenges of life with compassion and understanding. His methods have not only reduced violence and bullying but have also fostered a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Beyond his work with youth, Michael Pritchard has extended his compassion to various charitable endeavors. Donna J. Lombardi

Donna J. Lombardi is a devoted multi-generational Sonoma County resident who has dedicated her life to serving her community and supporting charitable causes. As a proud Navy Reservist, Donna exemplifies a strong commitment to both her country and her local community.

Donna's passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others is evident through her commitment to the Dymphna Project, a 501c3 organization. Through this initiative, she dedicates her time and resources to addressing the critical issues facing families today. And through The Dymphna Farm is aiming to provide essential support to families, communities, and individuals in need.

Beyond her philanthropic efforts, Donna is a dedicated family member, cherishing her role as a loving parent and grandparent. Her unwavering commitment to both her family and her community showcases her profound dedication to making the world a better place for all. Donna J. Lombardi's life is a testament to the power of compassion, service, and community involvement.

Nick Baptiste Freeman

Board Member, Marin County

Nick is a passionate advocate for human potential and the neurodiverse. Inspired by his own neurodivergent diagnosis, as well as his own traumatic childhood school experiences, Nick has made it his life’s work to bring about significant change to the education system. Determined to enhance the way an individual’s strengths and differences are nurtured.


As a thought leader, Nick is actively engaged in strategic partnerships and collaborative opportunities that are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families living with neurodivergent, and or mental health diagnoses. Nick lives with dedication and passion, always moving toward a future where young people thrive in a holistic educational framework.

Lisa Biddle

Lisa is a dedicated advocate for families and the driving force behind the Dymphna Project, a 501c3 organization committed to improving the lives of individuals facing neurodiverse and mental health diagnoses. With a wealth of experience in both public and private practice, Lisa has honed her expertise in addressing the unique needs of these diverse populations.

Her journey in the field of neurodiversity and mental health has been marked by a profound commitment to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of these issues. Through her tireless efforts, Lisa has become a respected voice in the realm of advocacy, working tirelessly to create a more compassionate and inclusive communities that prioritizes the well-being of all its members.

With an unwavering dedication to improving the lives of those living with neurodiverse and mental health diagnoses, Lisa continues to inspire positive change through the Dymphna Project, offering hope, support, and valuable resources to countless families in need.

Dr. Emi Koga

Dr. Emi Koga is a dedicated child advocate, mental health provider, and educational administrator with a strong commitment to improving the lives of children and youth.

With a background in mental health, Dr. Koga brings a deep understanding of the educational, emotional and psychological needs of young people. Additionally, she is acutely aware of the many challenges parents face when trying to seek services for their children through school systems, or in the private sector.

Dr. Koga's multifaceted career reflects her unwavering commitment to the betterment of children's lives. Her expertise and guidance in the areas of neurodiverse and mental health diagnoses has been instrumental in the support of organizations across the country.

Dr. Koga has been a committed supporter of the formation of our organization. She has made herself available to consult, sharing her depth of knowledge on a variety of topics and in a variety of ways. We are excited to have her as an integral part of our programming initiatives moving forward.

Kevin Farrell

Since 1989 Kevin Farrell has been the visionary architect behind Farrell Faber Architects, renowned for their innovative designs and commitment to sustainable architecture. His dedication to creating spaces that harmonize with nature is exemplified in his prolific body of work over the years, as well as in the outstanding execution of the Dymphna Project Farm video. Kevin has been a Sonoma County resident for over fifty years and, together with his wife, Kim, have raised their two children here. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, traveling, woodworking, cooking and, most recently, doting on his new grandson.

Kevin and his team quite literally brought The Dymphna Farm to life through their beautifully executed video rendering. We can’t thank them enough for their support, and look forward to working with them as we eventually break ground and bring the Dymphna Farm to life.

Colleen Trovato

Colleen is a native of the SF Bay Area, and raised her children on a family farm in Northern California. Her background in regenerative agriculture, health, a variety of neurodiverse diagnoses, and education is rooted in both her personal and professional experience. She has traveled to many parts of the United States helping people learn regenerative and sustainable farming practices and gardening techniques. She is the founder of The Art of Farm and Gardening dispensing both technical and artistic information related to old world farming, gardening, and life skills.

A graduate of UCLA, as well as graduate studies at San Francisco State University, she has served, contributed to and participated in various non-profits/community outreach alliances for many decades.

Colleen is a passionate advocate for farming, inclusivity, and a champion of the neurodiverse community. We are excited to have her help guide our farming practices, and contribute to future Dymphna Farm initiatives.

Alongside his skilled crew, Robert continues to transform outdoor spaces into works of art, leaving a lasting impression on every project.

Chelsea Newton is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about making a difference within underserved communities. She brings a unique perspective to her work, understanding the intricate dynamics of family relationships and caregiving. Chelsea has devoted her personal and professional life to helping individuals and families facing the challenges of having or caring for loved ones with serious mental health diagnoses. With her expertise and compassionate approach, she strives to provide support and empowerment to those in need, making a positive impact in the lives of many.


Chelsea is a committed social worker with a wealth of personal and professional experience serving a diverse range of adults and children. As the long-time caregiver for a family member with a mental illness diagnosis, in addition to her tireless work in the communities of Lake & Mendocino counties, she will be a tremendous resource and advisor to The Dymphna Project.

Travis

Travis is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and mental health awareness. As someone who personally navigates the challenges of neurodiversity and has faced the complexities of a mental health diagnosis, Travis brings a unique perspective to the advocacy space. Not only has he survived the struggles associated with his diagnosis, he has also emerged as a strong voice for those who may find it difficult to articulate their own experiences within a broken healthcare system.

Travis understands the nuances of living with an "invisible" diagnosis, where the struggles are not always readily apparent to others. Through advocacy work, he hopes to shed light on the often-misunderstood world of neurodiversity and mental health, aiming to break down stigmas and promote acceptance and support for all individuals.

Travis will be an integral part of our consulting team, and will lend keen insight to families and individual’s as they navigate mental health diagnoses. We are grateful for his willingness to share his stories and guide our work into the future.
